Web6 Nov 2012 · I used MediaInfo to get more information about the wav files. It turns out they need the ComverseInfosys G.723.1 A100 codec to play. It turns that the wav files were made with some Verint recording software the Impact 360 stuff. So I did some major searching with Google (not bing, sorry) and found where to get the Verint Multimedia Package. So this time I rebooted the NVR and when it comes back on it's recording and viewable again for a minute or two then the same happens. I've only had them connected less than 2 days and this weird issue is occuring.
