WebFive months ago replaced Lexapro with Trintillex. Have been on Trintillex 20mg for 8 weeks. Mirtazapine still 15mg. I have always slept very well while on Mirtazapine and that has continued. So no insomnia ever, and very little nausea (I get a bit when I take it with no food).
