Webb26 jan. 2024 · The Scottish Trauma Network (STN) was established in 2024 with the aim of ^Saving Lives, Giving Life ack (from the hief Medical Officers report of the same name published in January 2024). The network mission statement describes the patient group and rationale for the network: WebbScotland’s geography differs from that of England and makes the provision of equitable trauma care inherently more challenging. The KPIs take cognisance of this fact, and are, in no small part, aimed at ensuring the correct functioning of the network, prior to patients’ arrival at a hospital.
