WebThe Office of Population Health (OPH) was created in 2015 to lead UCSF Health’s efforts to improve the health of our patients, improve the experience for our patients, and lower the costs of care delivered. We work closely with leadership across UCSF to execute a system-wide strategy of delivering innovative models of value-based care. WebWith Pop-up Community Health events across the 29 counties we serve, ECU Health is delivering health care in unique ways. This program makes health care both more accessible and approachable by directly providing preventative services, improving health care equity and offering resources within communities with the greatest need.
