WebJul 20, 2024 · - Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch now has plenty of fixes to settlement issues. - Workshop Framework has clipped heavy scripts in to pieces. Now they load and execute faster. You can still face some issues in very heavily developed settlements, but notably less than before. I recommend using both files. See if that solves the issue.
