I will have to send it away to get it looked at, but in the mean time, I'm deciding whether or not to try the Futaba Cgy750 or just fit a new Vbar gyro. The Futaba is $315 and the gyro is $249. I would'nt mind trying something new, but the Vbar is so easy to set up.

I can't seem to get the channels assigned properly from transmitter, to receiver, to gyro, to helicopter. Somewhere something is confused. Also go to the servo screen on the 8J and what do the values say on channel 5,7, and 8 (0 or do that match that mix screen as 30?) I dont think 7 and 8 are the defaults in the CGY750.
