WebDrop rate for 51-100 does seem to be between 10-20%. 101-150, the drop rate does seem to be between 80-90%. I've cleared that set three times now, and the party as a whole got 23/25, 21/25, and 24/25. 151+ is not efficient for artifact farming, but if you have a group going for the 200 clear anyway, the drop rate seems to be 100%.
