With rockwool or peatpucks or soil cloning, a dome is a good idea to keep the media from drying out on you and thus losing the cuts. With bubble and aero cloning there is a constant spray of mist on the cuts' stalks and a dome is unnecessary, as they cannot dry out. dr sami albany medical center
